Constance. My family and I LOVE Mardi Gras! It's the best time of the year. We moved to Atlanta, GA 2 years and return to New Orleans every year instead of at Christmas or Thanksgiving. I haven't missed Mardi Gras in 35 years and don't plan on missing it now~~~
